After a long, 8-year battle with alzheimers, Joe "Ol' Phart" Tomas, VROC Member #655, has passed away.

Joe and I had so many wonderful times riding and partying with our fellow VROCers and were so devastated when Joe could no longer ride. I've enjoyed reading posts from your group over the past few years, wishing we were still riding with you.
