Charlie was born in Orleans Parish, New Oleans, Louisiana on February 6, 1955.
The C.C. stood for Cultured Cajun. A member of the VROC family, he was a familiar face
at our gatherings for many years.
Rest In Peace, old friend. You will be missed.
Charlie asked that his ashes be spread in the North Carolina mountains.

Charlie was a regular at VROC rallies and events all over the country. I will miss seeing his
friendly face at these events.
