We have this bike in a million pieces right now and
EVERYTHING is getting painted.  Here's a few shots
of me and the bike while I'm spraying primer. Keith,
the bike owner is operating the camera and helping me
maneuver around everything with the hose from my
    HVLP turbine system.

The "paint booth" doesn't look like much.  What I do is
vacuum the garage, spray the floor down with water,
hang black plastic over the walls to protect my tool box
and cabinets and engines ect ect from over spray. I leave
the garage door open a little and have my space heater
on.  It keeps the garage a perfect 74 degrees.  When I'm
done I shut the garage door and the heater will get the
temp up to 100 degrees.  This will "bake" the paint and help
it to flow out real slick.

For all you 800 guys, look at the neck area of this frame.  You
may have to go out in your garage and actually look at your frame
to be able to appreciate the work we've done to this frame.  look
how smooth the neck area is.  I filled all the gaps and ground
down all the welds.  This thing is slick!!!  When it is painted
the bright color we have planned for it it will really look good.
There was just no way I could paint this thing as it was.
