I installed an early model Yamaha Venture trunk on my bike using the stock Venture mounting bracket (A). I had to make a bracket (B) out of angle iron that mounts to my Fire And Steel Backrest bracket (C). This allows me the ability to slide the trunk ahead or back to fit the passenger. Also, by using the stock Venture bracket, it gives me the capability of taking the trunk off and on using the stock Venture keyed lock on the back of the trunk.
