Vulcan pics to post

    As I promised here are some pictures of the gas tank where
    we rolled the lip at the bottom and smoothed up the bottom
    of the tank.  I hope the detail shows up so you can see how
    much better it looks when the lip is gone. 
     
    The primered tank is the one I stretched for my chopper. I
    also removed the lip on it as well as stretching it about 3.5".
    I used fiberglass to do the stretching so it did not increase the
    tank's fuel capacity.  This is very EZ to do and very inexpensive.
     
    The other picture is Keith Heins VROC#7695 grinding the chrome
    off the air filter cover so we can paint it.  Scooter says I've ruined
    him.  <grin>  He says I'm the only VROCer that actually takes
    chrome off a Vulcan!!!  Trust me, it's going to look great!!  We are
    also painting the headlight bucket, fork lowers, triple trees, switch
    housings, master cylinder, side covers, and rear fender supports.
