Last July, we had in Montreal, the annual Vulcan Contest and I am very proud of winning the FIRST PLACE for the nicest VN800 and the FIRST PLACE for the nicest paint (800 & 1500 together) This V8 with only 6800KM (aprox: 4200 miles) is a real SHOW BIKE! The scout is full full chrome as rear hub, sproket, swingarm, muffler & engine brakets, fan cover, hand control, grips, lower fork, front caliper, front disk brake, triple tree and finally, the entire engine is polished!!! (the only one I’ve seen up to now) The fenders struth have been cut, reweld and rechromed. The frame is painted just like the rest of the bike with a very nice airbrush design on the tank, side cover, front & rear fender and the lower front spoiler. The bike has been lowered of 2 inches. The forward control are from DPM (Italy), the mufflers are Cobra tapered.
