I finally have a scanner again!
These pics were taken in October 1999.
My Vulcan 1500D2. "Verena"
Details that can be observed (all work by Yours Truly):
Polished fork sliders
Partially polished caliper (not an add-on cover)
- the caliper is now fully polished, inluding fins
Stainless steel brake line
Non-stock cable guides (note that the wirey looking things are missing,
and so are the amber reflectors) - these are boat parts
Highly polished brake disc
Fender top light (it works, of course)
F&S fender trim and hub cap
Mud guard (really keeps your feet drier in the rain!)
Metzeler ML 2 tire (switching to ME-880 now)
Memphis Fats shield with teal tint
Harley style spots with non-fluted amber beams
S&S style teardrop cover over Edelbrock carburetor
Meanwhile, the bike has received some further upgrades. Details to follow
in February, or March at the latest.
Greetings from
RocDoc
